The money is working

Ever since I won the national business competition, I have done a few things with my money that I’d like to share, these are my current investments.

1. 2009 Honda Accord w/ door damage

Total Purchase Price: $6,984

Repair Costs: $4,000

TOTAL 10,984

Looking to sell for $14,000

This car was purchased through an insurance auction, after transporting and repairs, I am hoping to flip this car in under one month for a $3,000 return. Not bad eh?

2. Managing Lancaster home

The deal on this investment is pretty sweet. If I got the house in tip top shape for renters, I would be able to keep all the rents for the first year.

Total Repair costs: $3,220

Labor for repair: $900

TOTAL INVESTED: $4,120

Possible return on the first year: $1,100 per month x12 = $13,200

Also, a very nice return of $9,080 for the year with the possibility of continuing next year. Sweet deal.

3. 3D Me

A new 3D business w/ hopes of opening at mall kiosks everywhere. We are at the early stages of this project so my partner and I are still looking at the numbers and possibilities fot the first year. It all depends on our first location. We are receiving our first shipment of product this Friday and hope to take proactive steps to make the business successful.

Total Invested: $1136.45

Possible Return ????
